At Perlata Jewelry, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted. We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, and prices are accurate. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry and the use of natural materials, slight variations may occur. These unique characteristics are part of the beauty of each piece and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, update information, modify prices, or discontinue products at any time.

Orders & Payments

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Perlata Jewelry reserves the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, incomplete information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Full payment is required before an order enters production.

Personalized & Made-to-Order Jewelry

Many Perlata Jewelry pieces are created specifically for each customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalization details, including names, dates, initials, and engravings, are accurate at the time of purchase.

Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Perlata Jewelry website, including designs, photographs, logos, text, graphics, and other materials, is the property of Perlata Jewelry and protected by intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or used without prior written permission.

03 Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Each Perlata Jewelry piece is carefully handcrafted and made with attention to detail.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7–12 business days from the date of purchase.

During busy seasons or special promotions, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods & Destinations

We offer shipping options based on your location. Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

We ship internationally where courier services are available.

If you don’t see your country listed at checkout, please contact us at perlatajewelry@gmail.com we may still be able to arrange shipping.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Perlata Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Address Changes

Delivery address changes can only be accepted before the order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

04 Returns & Exchanges

Made-to-Order Jewelry

At Perlata Jewelry, each piece is created with care and many designs are made specifically for each customer.

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect piece, contact us at perlatajewelry@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including:

• Clear photos of the item showing the issue
• Photos of the outer packaging and box
• Your order number

Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we’ll confirm a resolution within 3 business days — repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion — and let you know the next steps. Claims submitted after 48 hours, or without the required photos, may not be eligible for review.

Alterations

We may accommodate minor alterations where technically possible, such as adjusting necklace length or making small modifications that do not affect the original design.

Additional charges may apply depending on the requested alteration.

05 Cancellation Policy

Because Perlata Jewelry pieces are made to order, production begins shortly after your order is confirmed.

Cancellation requests can only be accepted before production has started.

Once production has begun or personalization work has been completed, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all order details, including personalization information, before confirming their purchase.

06 Jewelry Care

Your Perlata Jewelry piece is crafted to be treasured for years to come. Proper care will help preserve its beauty and brilliance.

Gold & Diamonds

• Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, chemicals, and harsh cleaning products.
• Remove jewelry before swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
• Clean gently with a soft jewelry cloth.

Pearls & Natural Stones

• Pearls and natural stones require extra care. Avoid exposure to chemicals, moisture, and excessive heat.
• Store each piece separately to prevent scratches.

Enamel Jewelry

Enamel requires gentle handling. Avoid impacts, sharp objects, and harsh chemicals.

Storage

Store your jewelry in its original box or a soft pouch when not being worn.
